Our reviews
Nothing short of a miracle…
“I have been receiving treatment from Henri for a painful shoulder injury I sustained as a result of intensive weight lifting. Henri is incredibly knowledgeable and created a rehabilitation programme that was easy to follow.
After a few sessions I was able to start training again using some of the techniques she had taught me. A few months on and I have now started to train with a lot more intensity with no pain! Given I couldn’t press anything with my right shoulder without a tremendous amount of pain only a few months ago, this is nothing short of a miracle! ”

I cannot recommend her services highly enough…
“I went to see Henri for rehabilitation for diastasis recti as well as ongoing knee and lower back issues. I cannot recommend her services highly enough… A thorough initial examination and review at each re-check as well as guiding me through specific exercises that have made such a difference. Thank you so much!!”

My recovery was fast and really efficient…
“I had five physio sessions with Henri to treat my hip injury. Henri was amazing, very experienced and very caring. She gave me a very varied treatment, from massage to treatments and exercises – depending on my recovery progress. She is also very nice and fun. Thanks to her my recovery was fast and really efficient. I highly recommend Henri and PhysioFit.”

Questions we are frequently asked...
Your first appointment will be an hour-long session giving us plenty of time to discuss what the problem is, how it’s affecting you and what you want to achieve.
We’ll ask you some questions about your medical history and complete a thorough physical examination to get to the heart of the problem.
We’ll explain why you are experiencing pain and recommend the best treatment options. Then we’ll get straight on with treatment to relieve your symptoms and advise you on the things you can to do to help yourself.
Any stretches or exercises we prescribe will be tailored to your individual needs and we’ll send you them online with video links so you can be sure you are practicing them correctly at home, in between sessions with us.
It might be necessary for you to remove some clothing so your physiotherapist can assess you properly. You may want to wear a vest top or bring a pair of shorts with you.
If you have any scans, X-rays, reports or information about your medication please do bring them to your first session.
If you are paying for your own treatment then you don’t need to see your doctor beforehand. We can write to your GP after you have finished treatment to keep them up-to-date.
If you are claiming through your medical insurance please check with your provider first as you may need a referral from your GP.
